Apply for HVACR Week 2010 Booth Space
Reserving booth space is quick and easy.
1. Download and print the Exhibitor Application PDF
2. Check the current Floorplan for booth locations as well as those of your competitors.
3. Complete the form and mail or fax it.
Booth Size And Fees
All booths are 10’ x 10’ or multiple increments of 10’ x 10’. Booth space is $23.50 per square foot. There is a $125 premium for each corner booth.
Applications
Booth space will be assigned on a seniority point system and booth numbers will be given out in February. If your choices are not available at the time your space is assigned, you will be notified of current available spaces for your selection.
Payment
You will be invoiced within 30 days of receipt of your
application. Mail credit card authorization form or check
