Here is what people are saying about Comfortech:

Comfortech is the one of the most value packed events you can spend in a year for both the contractor and vendor alike. The contractor has a venue to find new products and ideas that will transform their companies to the next profit level. The vendors find a large group of qualified leads and current clients to make the sales numbers jump immediately. Comfortech is a permanent fixture in our marketing budget year after year. See you in Baltimore in 2010!

Comfort, Control and Choice for HVAC and Smart Grid devices.

Presented by ClimateTalk Alliance

Demand for improvements in efficiency and comfort is increasing the complexity of the design, installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment.  Meanwhile, the need to interface with Smart Energy and Home Area Networks is also creating new pressures on HVAC equipment to be able to communicate outside of the traditional HVAC network of appliances.  As these market drivers create a need for automation, ClimateTalk provides a single, open platform to create solutions that address the new market requirements.
The ClimateTalk open standard for residential network communication is a new approach for developing applications that are inter-operable and independent of the physical medium that is used to connect devices.  The architectural foundation provides freedom to choose from multiple suppliers and add new equipment to the system with plug and play set up.  In a residential environment, an open standard provides a path for simplified installation, set up and maintenance of communicating equipment.
A contractor who utilizes the strengths of ClimateTalk will be able to keep their customer closer than they ever had before by providing more accurate and reliable service. Additional opportunities for contractors as the capabilities of ClimateTalk expands and becomes the known standard for the home.

Nogginhaus LLC - Runnemede, NJ

Jim and Jeff Stanch have been in the HVAC trade all of their lives.  Their grandfather, Martin Stanch, started Runnemede Heating Company in 1948 updating coal furnaces and boilers to the new, modern, ‘automatic’ heat… fuel oil and was instrumental in introducing things like central air conditioning to homeowners across South Jersey.
Over the years, the company expanded into all of the mechanical trades and now performs plumbing and electrical services as well as HVAC. In 2006, Jim & Jeff started a sister company to promote the idea of ‘the house that thinks for itself’ and Nogginhaus was born.  Nogginhaus joined the ClimateTalk Alliance in 2009 to help promote and develop the architecture for the thinking house.
