Don Todd was introduced to the HVAC industry in1983, liked the work and the dream of owning his own company was born. To further his education in that field, he enlisted in the Armed Forces and served 6 years including deployment to both Desert Shield and Desert Storm. His MOS - 52 Charlie. With his veteran benefits, he attended college in Portland Oregon, graduating in the top of his class with a degree in Thermo Energy and never looked back.
In 1993, Central Oregon Heating & Cooling, Inc. became an operational reality - operating out of garage and home for the first six months. Things happened fast. Timing was perfect for a small local company with an impeccable reputation to prosper – and we did. Don’s business insight and instincts proved profitable.
Kathie Todd

Kathie has been in the accounting profession since graduating in Astoria, Oregon. She relocated to Central Oregon in 1989 taking a position as an office manager responsible for multi million dollar budgets for a large destination resort. She met and married Don, moving to Redmond where she became a state certified and licensed tax consultant in 1994; specializing in accounting and tax preparation for small businesses.
